How Do I Sign Up For The walk?
To participate in the Walk you must register.
Rotary cannot undertake responsibility for the supervision of walkers under the age of 16 and such participants must be registered in a group with a responsible adult.
Register using one of the two options below:
1 Online Entry
Online registration is the easiest way to sign up; simply click on the link and fill in the relevant parts of the form.
An email address must be entered as this is needed for us to send out an acknowledgement of registration and a Sponsorship Form.
Each Group must have a nominated leader who will be responsible for registering the Group by name and paying the registration fee; when additional members of the Group register online they simply have to click the appropriate Registration option and enter the Group name.
Registrants will be sent an email with their Walker Id and instructions on what registration fee to pay, if any; a Sponsorship Form will be attached.
2 Download Form
A Registration Form can be downloaded to be printed.
Complete the form and send or deliver to the Rotary Address; pay the Registration fee as explained below:
Confirmation of registration, Walker Id and Sponsorship Form will be emailed back.
Paying The Registration Fee
The Registration Fee can be paid by online payment or by cheque or cash.

Please use ‘Walk’ and your Walker Id, or name, as the reference for your payment.
Pay by cheque or cash
Enclose payment in a sealed envelope with your completed Registration Form and take or send it to the Rotary Address below.
