How Do I Sign Up For The Walk?

To participate in the Walk you need to get a Ticket using our online Registration system at Eventbrite.

There are four types of Ticket:

Group Leader
Individual
Group Member
Under-16

Do I Need to Pay?

Payment will be required for Group Leaders and Individual walkers.

A Group must have a nominated Leader who will be responsible for registering the Group by name and paying the registration Ticket fee.
This applies to families too as they should register as a Group.

Once a Group is registered the Group Leader can register other members in the Group.; no further payment will be required for additional members.

Adults Registering a Child

Rotary cannot undertake responsibility for the supervision of walkers under the age of 16 and they must be registered by their Group Leader who must nominate a responsible adult.

Getting a Ticket

Registrants will be emailed a confirmation Ticket that must be shown at the reception desk on Walk day.

Getting Sponsorship

Once registered participants will receive by email an official Walk Sponsorship Form.
